SHRINIKA REALTECH LLP is found at Shop No. 17 on the first floor of the Samvet Shikher Complex. We are right near Rajbandha Maidan, which is a major landmark for anyone living in this part of Raipur. The complex is usually pretty full of people, and there is always something going on nearby. Being on the first floor is convenient because we don't have to go up too many flights of stairs. The shop itself is pretty small, just enough room for our desks and a place for people to sit down for a minute. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners in the complex. It feels like a little community of its own. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people who know the local area well. Our work involves a lot of paperwork and talking to folks who stop by. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just come in every morning, open up the shop, and start working through our list of things to do. The noise from Rajbandha Maidan sometimes drifts in, especially when there is an event, but we don't mind it. It’s just part of the atmosphere of being in the heart of the city. We keep things simple and honest here, dealing with whatever the day brings.
