Shree Vashu Logistics Pvt Ltd. is tucked away in Chota Ashok Nagar, right behind the Buddha Vihar in the Gudhayari area of Raipur. We share space with Vvd &Sons Pvt Ltd, so it can be a bit crowded in the office sometimes with everyone coming and going. It is a lively neighborhood to work in and there's always something happening outside. Raipur gets quite hot in the summers, but we stay busy enough that we don't notice it too much until the end of the shift. We spend most of our time coordinating shipments and talking to drivers on their mobile phones. It is the kind of work where you have to pay attention to the small details or things get messy quickly. We aren't a corporate giant with a thousand employees in suits. It's just a small team of us here in Chhattisgarh trying to make sure goods get to where they are supposed to go. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually get some filing or cleaning done. We don't use any fancy software that promises the world, just basic systems that work for what we need. People come to us because they know where to find us in Gudhayari. We’ve been at this for a bit and we know the local routes pretty well. It isn't always glamorous, and there is plenty of dust around the site from the trucks, but it's good, honest work. We just show up every morning and do what needs doing until the gate closes.
