SHARMA AND VASHISHTHA VENTURES LLP is located in Budhapara, Raipur. If you know the area, it’s basically at Deepak Sharma’s place. Raipur is a hot place, so we spend a lot of time making sure the coolers are working so we can actually get some work done. It’s a local setup, nothing like those big offices you see in the movies. We handle different ventures and projects that come our way. Usually, it starts with a conversation over some chai and then we see where we can help out. Budhapara has its own rhythm, and being right in the middle of it helps us stay connected to what’s happening in the city. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just want to do a good job for the people who trust us. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks and things look a little disorganized, but we know where everything is. It's a small team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to filing taxes or whatever else needs doing that day. It is just how it goes when you run a local venture in a place like Raipur. We’ve been here a while and plan to stay, just working through the heat and the busy days one at a time. No big speeches or fancy promises, just us working in Budhapara. It might be simple, but it is ours.
