Satyam Id Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has been sitting here in Guru Govind Nagar for a while now. We are tucked away in House No. B1/21, right on the New Bus Stand Road in Pandri. If you know the area, you know we are pretty close to the Gurudwara. It gets busy around here, especially with the bus traffic and people moving about. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we get the work done. We handle ID cards and all the stuff that goes with it. Some days the machines are running non-stop and other days it’s a bit quieter. We’ve got a small team and we mostly just focus on the orders that come in from local businesses or schools. The humidity in Pandri can be a bit much sometimes but we manage. People usually find us easily because of the landmark. We don’t spend much time on the décor of the office because the work keeps us busy enough as it is. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we started. There used to be fewer shops around here. Now, there's always something happening outside the window. We try to keep things simple and just do what we are supposed to do every morning when we open the shutters. It’s a normal job for us and we like being part of the local scene here near the bus stand. We usually close up around the same time every evening and the walk home is just a few minutes.
