We are situated in a residential part of the city, which is quite peaceful compared to the main center. The office is actually just a house in the fourth phase of the Kabir Nagar development. We like it here because it’s quiet and we can focus on our tasks without too much distraction. We are a small group of people who decided to start this federation and work right here. Our workspace is filled with folders, a couple of old computers, and plenty of notebooks. We don't follow a strict corporate schedule. We come in, have some tea, and get to work on whatever is most urgent. The house is a standard Raipur layout, and we’ve converted a couple of the rooms into our main office area. It’s nothing fancy, but it serves its purpose well enough. We don't have a big sign outside or a receptionist. If you knock on the door, one of us will come and answer. We spend a lot of time talking about how to do things better in the region. It’s honest work and we do it in a very low-key way. The neighborhood is friendly, and we’ve lived or worked around here for years. It feels good to be part of the local community in Kabir Nagar while we do our daily work. We usually head home when the street lights come on.
