Samadhan is located on the 9th floor of Mahabir Tower on the Main Road. Being up so high gives us a decent view of the city, which is one of the perks of working here. We are a unit of RITC Pvt.Ltd., and we handle a lot of the day-to-day operations from this office. The Main Road is the heart of the city, so it’s always lively outside with vendors and traffic. Inside the office, things are usually a bit more settled. We have rows of desks and a lot of cabinets filled with files. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow during the rush hour, so we've learned to be patient. Our team is focused on providing solutions, which involves a lot of sitting at computers and talking on the phones. It’s a standard office setup without any bells and whistles. We have a small pantry where we make tea and keep our lunch boxes. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed; we don't wear suits or have strict protocols. Everyone just knows what they have to do and they get on with it. Sometimes the internet acts up or the building has a power cut, and we just use that as an excuse to take a short break and chat. It’s a practical, hardworking office where we just try to do our best every single day.
