Sail, Bhilai

We are located in Sector-5 of Bhilai, specifically at Block No. 10/A on Street-11. This is a part of Bhilai E where things are a bit more laid back than the main plant areas. We are Sail, Bhilai, and this office handles a lot of the local coordination. The streets here are laid out in a grid, so finding Street-11 isn't too hard once you get into the sector. It is a typical government-built area with a lot of history behind every wall. We start our mornings with a cup of tea and a look at the schedule for the day. There is always something to do, whether it is answering the phone or fixing a mistake in a ledger. The heat in Chhattisgarh can be quite something, especially in the summer months, so we try to get the heavy work done early. We don't have any big mission statements or goals on the walls, just some old calendars and charts. Most of the people working here have spent their whole lives in Bhilai. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. It is a simple life of working for the steel plant from this small corner of the sector. We just keep our heads down and do what is expected of us every single day. The office is just a place where we meet and finish our tasks.
