Our office is located over in Shankar Nagar, right near the Gomti Industry area here in Raipur. It’s tucked away a bit, in a spot that used to belong to the late A.K. Pal. We’ve been operating as Refmet Technologies Pvt. for some time, focusing on the technical side of things. It’s a busy part of town, always something happening with the factories nearby. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly desks, computers, and a lot of paperwork. Dealing with technology in a place like Chhattisgarh means you have to be ready for anything, especially with the dust and the heat. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep things moving. The team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes the internet is slow, or we have to wait on a delivery, but we make it work. It's not the kind of place you see in movies. It’s real work. We know the neighbors and the local tea stall guy pretty well by now. People find us when they need technical help or specific parts. We don't bother with fancy slogans.
