You can find Quintic Infrastructure Development Private Limited at Room No-01 on the ground floor. We are set up c/o Vishwajeet Kumar in Vill - Ujiarpur, right in the Raipur Panchayat. It’s a quiet place to work most of the time. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to drop in and talk about infrastructure ideas. We don't have any polished sales pitches. We just sit in the room, look at the plans, and figure out how to get the development projects moving in the village. It’s a small operation. Just a couple of rooms and some basic furniture. We spend a lot of time talking to the local folks in Ujiarpur about what the area needs. Since we are based right here in the panchayat, we see the roads and the buildings every single day. We aren't outsiders coming in to change things without asking. We live here. The work is about making the place a little better, step by step. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the internet is slow, but we keep working through it. It’s just real life in the village. We handle the paperwork and the planning ourselves. No big teams of consultants or anything like that. Just Vishwajeet and the rest of us trying to do decent work for the community. It’s simple, honest, and keeps us very busy every day. We stay at Room 01 until late.
