We set up our shop in Pandri, right across from the Rojgar Karlaya. It’s a busy part of town so there’s always people walking by. Our front windows are usually covered in bits of vinyl and sketches for new signs. Inside, it smells like ink and glue most of the time. We have a couple of large printers that take up most of the space. They make a humming sound all day long. It gets a bit cramped when we have big boards to put together. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and someone will be there behind a stack of materials. We do a lot of measuring and cutting by hand. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of work to get through. The street outside is noisy with traffic and the occasional protest near the government office across the way. We’ve got a few old stools for visitors and a table that’s seen better days. It’s just us doing what we know. We don't use any fancy management tools, just a notebook and some pens. If the power cuts, we just take a break. Most of the neighbors know us by now. We’ve been at this spot in Pandri for quite some time. It's a simple business and we like it that way. No fluff, just getting the signs made and out the door. Some days are slow and others are a total rush.
