Painfilled Pharmaceuticals Privatelimited is located in the Park Plaza building. We have shop number 108. It is situated in Saurabh Park, right behind Samta. The name of the company is a bit different, we know that, but it is what we chose when we started. We’ve been in this shop for a while now. It’s a decent-sized space for what we do. We mostly focus on the wholesale side of things, so we have a lot of stock coming in and out. The plaza can get quite crowded in the afternoons, especially with people visiting the other shops. We just try to keep our area organized and get through the daily tasks. It’s mostly just us handling the paperwork and talking to the distributors. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. We like keeping it small and manageable. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and shelves and a lot of boxes. We spend a lot of time on the phone making sure shipments are on their way. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck getting delayed, and we have to spend the whole day fixing it. It is just part of the job. We aren’t into big promises or fancy language. We just show up every day, open the shop, and do the work that needs doing. It is a practical life and we are happy with it.
