Online Lic

We run Online Lic out of Raipur. It’s a pretty simple operation where we help people navigate their insurance needs and all the digital stuff that goes with it. We aren't in a big high-rise building with a thousand employees. It’s just a small office here in the city where we handle the paperwork and the computer work. Raipur is a big place, but we try to keep things feeling local and personal. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to messages. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s important for the families we help. We don’t have any fancy brochures or slick sales pitches. We just sit down at the computer and get the forms filled out correctly. Sometimes the internet is slow or the systems are down, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else. We’ve been doing this for a while and we know the ins and outs of the different plans. It’s a practical business for a practical city. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just show up every day, open the office, and help whoever needs it. It’s a steady way to make a living and we like the people we meet along the way in Raipur. Sometimes we stay late to finish up a claim, but that's just part of the job. We enjoy the routine of it and being part of the local community here in this part of Chhattisgarh.
