Our place is on Kandul Road, right across from the Sangam Marriage Palace. You can’t miss it because there are usually people gathered for weddings over there, making the whole street feel quite lively. Inside our shop at Ward Number 52, things are a bit more quiet and orderly. We have shelves lined with boxes and bottles of all sorts of medicine. It smells a bit like rubbing alcohol and paper in here. Most of the day is spent helping people find what they need or checking the stock to see what is running low. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations, just the counters and the medicine cabinets. It is important to keep things clean and organized so we don't lose track of anything. Sometimes people come in feeling a bit under the weather, and we just do our best to get them what they are looking for without making them wait too long. The road outside can get backed up with cars when there is a big event at the palace, but we just stay focused on the customers inside. We have a small back room for storing the extra supplies and a desk where we do all the ordering. It is a steady kind of life, working in a pharmacy. We know a lot of the families around here because they stop by whenever someone gets a cough or a fever. We just keep the light on and the door open.
