We spend a lot of time on our laptops and checking the items we get. It isn't a showroom, just a working office where we handle the daily grind. We make our own tea in a small kettle in the corner. The building is decent and we know the security guys well. We don't have any polished sales talk. We just show people what we have and let them decide. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to packing up the boxes. We like the neighborhood feel of Shankar Nagar.
