Mahendra Sponge Power Ltd.

We’ve been based out of Maruti Business Park on the second floor of A Block for a while now. It’s a busy place and most of the folks here know us by name. Working at Mahendra Sponge Power Ltd. keeps us on our toes because the industry isn't exactly quiet. We spend most of our mornings dealing with the logistics of sponge iron and making sure the power side of things stays steady. It isn’t always glamorous work, honestly. Some days are just about moving papers and others are spent troubleshooting whatever comes up at the site. The office here is usually full of files and people coming in and out to check on orders. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that, just a regular workspace where we get things done. Most of us have been around for years so we know the routine inside out. It’s just how we operate. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit since we first moved into the A Block. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we take the stairs, which is fine. It’s just part of the daily life here. We don’t really do big speeches or fancy meetings. If you come by, you’ll probably see us on the phone or looking over some technical sheets. We just try to keep the business moving forward without making too much of a fuss about it. It’s a job and we do it every day without needing a lot of praise.
