We are located over in Byron Bazar in Raipur. Our office is right by the Naz Electrical shop near Puwara Chowk. If you know the area, it’s quite a busy intersection with plenty of people moving around at all hours. Being in Byron Bazar means we are right in the middle of a lot of local trade, which is handy for our pharmaceutical operations. The building we are in is a bit older, and the stairs are a little steep, so we’ve learned to be careful when we’re carrying heavy files or equipment up and down. Our workspace is filled with the usual stuff like computers, stacks of paper, and boxes of samples. It’s a bit noisy because of the traffic at the chowk, but you get used to the honking and the street sounds after a few days. We are a small team and we don't really have a hierarchy; whoever is closest to the phone usually picks it up. The walls are covered with a few old calendars and some charts we use to track our weekly progress. It’s a hardworking atmosphere where we don't spend much time on fluff or unnecessary meetings. We just focus on the logistics and making sure our distributors get what they need. Byron Bazar has a lot of character, and we like being part of the local scene here. It’s a grounded way to run a business without any corporate pretension.
