Nmdc Ltd.Kirandul Complex

The Nmdc Ltd. Kirandul Complex is where we are based, specifically at Type Iii/Ds/111 in the DLM Colony. This is part of the Dep 14/11C area in the Dantewada district of Chhattisgarh. Being in the DLM Colony means we are right there with the other workers and families. It’s a close-knit community. Our office at DS/111 is a basic Type-III house, which is pretty standard for this area. We don’t have a big sign or a fancy entrance. We just have our desks, our files, and a lot of work to do. Kirandul is a rugged place, and working at the complex means you have to be okay with that. We handle the logistical side of things for the 14/11C operations. It’s mostly about keeping track of numbers and making sure the supplies and reports are where they need to be. We aren't here to sound like a brochure. We are just the people who show up every morning in the DLM Colony to get the job done. The days can be long, but we’ve got a good group of people here. We stay focused on the work and don't worry about corporate polished talk. It’s just us, the complex, and the daily tasks that keep the whole place moving. It is a humble setup, but it’s where we spend our time and effort.
