We’re located in Raipur, specifically in Anupam Nagar. You can find us at I/22, care of G.P. Soni. It’s a straightforward setup here in Chhattisgarh. Nitco Sanitaryware is what we do, so we spend a lot of time looking at sinks, toilets, and other bathroom stuff. It isn’t the most glamorous work, but it’s what we know. Our space is pretty basic. We have some items on display so people can see what they’re getting. It’s not a high-end showroom with bright lights, just a regular shop floor. We talk to contractors and homeowners who are just trying to fix up their bathrooms. Most of us have been here for a while and we’ve seen all sorts of plumbing problems. We don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. We just show you what we have in the back or what’s coming in the next shipment. Raipur is a growing place, so there’s always a lot of building going on around us. That keeps us on our toes. The office can get a bit dusty with all the move-ins and move-outs, but that’s just how it goes with hardware. We have a small team here. We know each other well and we just get on with the day. It’s a simple business and we like it that way. No fuss, just sanitaryware. We’ve been at this I/22 address for years and it’s become like a second home for most of us working here.
