You can find us at Mishra Bhavan, right by the Tatya Para Chowk. It’s a lively part of town where there is always something happening. Our office is in a building that has seen a lot of years, and we like the character of the place. We handle security services, which mostly means we spend our time organizing guards and making sure buildings around the chowk and beyond are looked after. It’s a lot of coordination. The desk is usually covered in schedules and there’s always a ledger open somewhere. Tatya Para Chowk is a bit of a landmark, so it’s easy to tell people where to go if they want to talk to us. We aren't into the whole corporate image thing. We wear regular clothes, we talk like normal people, and we don't use any industry jargon that no one understands. We started New Capital because we knew the local area and we knew how to manage people. It’s been a steady road so far. Sometimes the noise from the traffic at the chowk gets a bit loud, but we’ve learned to talk over it. We just want to do a solid job and make sure our clients feel okay about their property. It’s a small team here, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s answering the phone or heading out to a site to check on things.
