Municipal Corporation

We are the Municipal Corporation office located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. You can find us at the C/O Sri S.R.Balani address in Shyam Nagar. This is over in the P.O. Ravigram area. It’s a local office that handles things for the community. The building is a regular house-style setup in a residential neighborhood. We don't have a big grand entrance, just a door where people come in to ask questions or submit their forms. Shyam Nagar is a quiet enough place, though it gets a bit more traffic during the morning hours. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and stacks of registers. We deal with all sorts of local matters that come through the corporation. People from Ravigram and the surrounding parts of Raipur know where to find us. We try to be helpful when people come in with problems, though sometimes the paperwork takes a while to process. It’s a very traditional way of working. We have a lot of physical files and not everything is on the computer yet. Sri S.R.Balani’s place has been our base for some time now. We aren't a big corporate entity; we are just the local staff trying to keep the records straight for the city. It’s a simple job but it keeps us busy from morning till evening. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep the residents moving forward with their requests.
