The road outside can get pretty noisy with all the traffic heading through Bhagwanpur, but inside, it’s mostly just us getting on with things. We’ve spent a lot of years in this area, so we know the people and the problems they face. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We don't use much technology besides a phone and an old computer that takes forever to start up. Sometimes we just sit out front and watch the world go by when things get slow. It’s just how we do things here. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just our little corner of it on MG Road. That’s why we stay right here where we are needed most.
