We are found in Ratlam, tucked away behind Nityanand Ket in the Shar Sarai area. Our office is at number 10, and it is a simple building that serves as our main workspace for the alloy industry here. The room is filled with rows of metal cupboards and a few desks that have seen a lot of use over the years. We spend our days tracking shipments and talking to people about metal prices and supply schedules. Ratlam is a major hub for the railway, so we are always dealing with logistics and transport issues. The floor is made of plain stone, and we keep a few plants near the window to make it look a bit better. There is a small tea stall just down the road that brings us snacks twice a day. We don't have any fancy software or high-tech gadgets; we mostly rely on our notebooks and a few basic computers. The work is steady but can be a bit repetitive at times. During the monsoon, the street outside gets quite muddy, so we have to be careful when we are moving files around. Our team is very small, consisting of just a few people who have worked together for a long time. We don't worry about being a big name; we just focus on getting our daily tasks done correctly. It is a quiet life in a busy town.
