Monnet Ispat & Energy Ltd.

In Gondia, we are located in the Ansari Ward. We are right near S.S. Girls College, which is a big landmark for everyone around here. Monnet Ispat & Energy Ltd. has a small presence in this part of Maharashtra to help manage things. It’s a typical small-town office. We don’t have a lot of staff here, just enough to keep the operations running smooth. Most of the time, it’s just us dealing with the local suppliers or checking on the energy side of the business. The street can get a bit crowded when the college lets out, but otherwise, it’s a decent place to work. We don’t have any fancy carpets or glass walls. It’s just a plain room with some tables and chairs. We do our own cleaning and make our own tea. It’s a very grounded way to work. We’ve been in Gondia for a while, so we know the local rhythms. People around here are friendly and they know what we’re about. We don’t try to act like a big city company. We’re just a local branch doing what’s necessary for the bigger company. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we just wait it out and get back to work. It’s a simple, honest life in the Ansari Ward, and we’re happy with that. It keeps us busy and we don't mind the routine.
