It’s a small place and we aren't part of some big glass office building. It feels more like a part of the local community here in C G. Most of the people who walk in are neighbors or folks who live nearby and need to sort out their policies. We try to keep it simple and not use too many big words that nobody understands. Raipur is a busy place, and Tikrapara has its own local feel that we really like. There’s a Jaya STD PCO nearby that people use as a landmark. We’ve been at this location for some time now and we’ve gotten to know the families around here. It’s not always easy explaining all the different insurance rules, but we do our best to be clear.
