This part of our operations is based in the SECL Colony in Nawapara. It’s in the Chhal area of Raigarh. We are located at Quarter Number C/11, and Md. Moidul-Haque is usually the one you’ll find there. It’s an industrial region, so everything revolves around the plants and the colonies. Mahendra Sponge And Power Ltd.Ower is the name on the papers, but to us, it’s just our daily workplace. Living and working in a colony like this means you know everyone. It’s not like a big city where you’re a stranger. We have a very basic setup in the quarter. It’s mostly just a spot to handle the admin side of the sponge and power work. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a PR team. Most of what we do is straightforward. We track the output and make sure the schedules are followed. It can be repetitive, but it’s important work for the region. The weather gets really intense in Raigarh, so we mostly stay inside during the peak heat. It’s a quiet life in the colony, except for when the shifts change and everyone is out on the road. We don't try to pretend we're doing anything other than regular industrial management. It’s practical, it’s a bit gritty, and it’s how we’ve been operating for quite some time now. We just take it one day at a time here without any fuss.
