Magma Leasing Ltd.(Dsa)

Our little branch of Magma Leasing Ltd.(Dsa) is actually located right on the Pt. R.S.U. Campus in Raipur. We are in Quarter Number I/31. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a leasing office, being on a university campus and all, but it works for us. The atmosphere here in Chhattisgarh is generally quite pleasant, especially with the trees around the campus. It’s much quieter than being in the middle of a commercial district. We mostly deal with local folks and students or staff who might need our services. The office isn't very large. It’s just a standard campus quarter that we’ve set up for business. We have our computers and some chairs for visitors, and that’s about it. Being on the R.S.U. campus means we follow the rhythm of the academic year. Sometimes it’s very busy and other times you could hear a pin drop. We don't have any flashy branding. You just have to look for the quarter number. We spend our days processing applications and talking to people about their leasing needs. It’s straightforward work. We don't use any fancy systems, just honest effort. We also have to deal with the occasional power cut, which is just part of being in this area. We usually just take that time to step outside for a bit. The campus has its own vibe, and we’ve grown to like it over the years. We aren't a massive corporate team, just folks handling work.
