Mag Tea Pvt. Ltd.

We’re over at Premium Apartment in Punjabi Para. Mag Tea Pvt. Ltd. is basically run out of a couple of rooms there. It’s a nice enough building, though the elevator is a bit slow sometimes and it makes a funny noise. Punjabi Para is a lively neighborhood. We get a lot of noise from the street below, but we don't mind it much after all this time. Our space is filled with samples from different gardens. We spend a lot of time just tasting and grading. It’s not a fancy corporate office. We have simple wooden desks and some old shelves for the tins. We aren't trying to impress anyone with how the place looks. We just want to do our job. A few of us have been working together for years. We know each other's habits. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment is due. We drink tea all day long, obviously. It’s just how things go. The apartment block is mostly families, so we try to keep things quiet when we’re moving boxes around in the hallway. It’s a decent place to work. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one on the door so people know they’re at the right place. It’s a practical setup for what we do. We don't need a lot of space, just enough for the tea and the desk.
