L&T Dealear/Unitrade & Services

If you head over to Village Champa, which is near the Tilda Tahasil in Raipur district, you will find our office. It is officially under Bhupendra Verma's name, part of L&T Dealear/Unitrade & Services. Being out in a village like Champa means things move a bit differently than in the big city. It is quieter, but we still have plenty of work coming in from the surrounding areas of Chhattisgarh. We handle service and dealer tasks from this location. The office is a basic building that stays cool enough during the hot Raipur summers. We usually have people coming in from nearby farms or construction sites looking for help with their equipment. It is a very hands-on kind of place. We don't use a lot of fancy words here, just talk about what needs fixing or what parts are arriving. The road out here can get a bit bumpy during the monsoon season, but we managed. Our team is small, mostly locals who understand the land and the people around here. We have a couple of desks for the accounts and a lot of storage for tools and parts. It is a practical setup for a rural service unit. We just take things one day at a time, making sure the people in Tilda and beyond get what they need for their machines. It is just how we work.
