Lafarge Sonadih Cement Plant (Project)

Our office for the Lafarge Sonadih Cement Plant project is right in Raipur. We are located in Bhawna Nagar, which is over in the Khamardih and Shankar Nagar area. If you know where Tondon Dairy is, we are right in front of that. It’s a busy little neighborhood. Since this is for the project side of things, there’s always a lot of planning going on. We have maps and charts all over the walls to track the progress. It’s not the cleanest office because we are always coming and going from the construction site. Raipur is a fast-growing city, and being in the 492001 area puts us right in the middle of all the action. We deal with contractors, suppliers, and the local authorities every day. It can get pretty loud with the traffic outside, but we just get on with it. We aren't some polished corporate team. We are the guys on the ground making sure the project steps are followed. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up. There’s a lot of tea and coffee consumed in this office to keep us going. Tondon Dairy across the street is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We’ve been here since the project started. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the right materials get to the right place. It's practical work for a big project. We don't have time for fancy decorations. We just work.
