Kruptos Coffee Roaster Private Limited

You’ll find us in Bhatagaon, right across from the Patwani office. It’s a bit of a quieter part of the area compared to the main city, which is nice for roasting coffee. We are set up at Ravindra Mishra’s place. The whole building smells like toasted beans most mornings. It’s a deep, heavy smell that people usually notice before they even see our door. We don’t have a big storefront with lights. It’s just a workspace where the roaster is kept. We spend a lot of time watching the temperatures and making sure the beans don't burn. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting heavy sacks and moving things around. The Patwani office across the street always has people coming and going, so we see a lot of the local neighbors. Sometimes they poke their heads in to see what that smell is. We aren't doing anything complicated here, just Kruptos Coffee and the daily grind. It gets a bit dusty in the summer, and the fans are always going to keep the heat down. We just focus on getting the roast right. It’s just a few of us here, and we usually end the day covered in a bit of coffee dust. It’s honest work and we like being in this part of Bhatagaon. We don't mind the long hours as long as the coffee comes out like it's supposed to.
