Kiwi Ventures Private Limited is out in Sector-24 of Nava Raipur. This is the newer part of the city, so things feel a lot more open and spread out than in the old Raipur areas. We are located near Jhanjh Lake in Atal Nagar. It is actually quite a nice spot, especially compared to the more congested parts of town. You can see more of the sky out here. Being in Sector-24 means we are part of this whole new development push in Chattisgarh. The office is modern enough, but we don't let that go to our heads. We are still just a team of people trying to make a go of it. Sometimes we take a walk near the lake when we need to clear our heads after a long meeting. Atal Nagar is still growing, so it can feel a bit quiet at times, but it’s a good kind of quiet. We don’t have those long corporate mission statements posted on the walls. We just come in, do the work for Kiwi Ventures, and go home. The roads out here are much wider than in Budhapara or near the markets, which is a relief for the commute. Even though we are in a newer area, we try to keep things down to earth. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy talk; we just like the location and the work we do.
