Khetan Sponge & Infrastructure Pvt.Ltd. and Khetan Builcdom Pvt. Ltd. operate out of Raipur in Chhattisgarh. Our office is located in Shyam Nagar, specifically in Dr. Bachwani’s house near Sagar Medical Stores. Anoop Singhal, who is the son of Mr. M.C. Singhal, handles the management here. It’s a bit of a unique setup being in a house, but it makes for a comfortable and down-to-earth work environment. We don't have a big glass building or a fancy sign. We mostly focus on infrastructure and the sponge iron business. There’s always a lot of talk about construction schedules and logistics. The rooms have been turned into offices with desks, chairs, and lots of paper files. Shyam Nagar is a residential neighborhood, so it’s relatively quiet, though the main road near the medical store is always busy. We spend our time coordinating with the factory sites and making sure our supplies are moving as they should. We don't use any corporate jargon or have a mission statement on the wall. We just show up every day and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when multiple projects are happening at once, but we just manage it one step at a time. It’s a family-run feel even though we handle some pretty big industrial tasks. Most of our clients are people we’ve known for a long time, so things are pretty straightforward here.
