You can find Kariwal Exim Private Limited at 58/151, right opposite Surya Vihar in Pachpedinaka. It’s a busy area and the road out front always has something going on. We work out of this building handling various export and import tasks. It’s not a very fancy place at all. We have a few old metal cupboards where we keep all our records and files. The lighting isn't the best in the back room but we make do with what we have. Most of our day is spent dealing with customs papers and logistics issues. It can be quite a headache sometimes with all the rules and constant changes. We have a small staff and we all sit together in one main room to work. It makes it easier to talk about what needs to be done each day. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing department. We just rely on the contacts we’ve made over the years. The tea guy comes by twice a day and that’s usually when we take our short break. We’ve been at this Pachpedinaka location for a while. It’s convenient for getting to other parts of Raipur quickly. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in through the windows, so we are always wiping down the desks. It’s just a normal office where we put in our hours and try to get the jobs finished on time. We don't try to sound bigger. We are just a group of people doing our best.
