Stepup Consultants

We work out of a flat in Kabir Nagar, specifically in Lig Phase II. It is a residential area, so it feels a lot more like a home than a corporate office. We are in No. 20/233. Stepup Consultants started because we wanted to help people figure out their next moves, whether it is for school or finding jobs. There is no big sign on a skyscraper for us, just our place in the neighborhood. We sit around the table and talk through things with whoever comes by. It is a simple setup. Kabir Nagar is a decent place to be, and our neighbors are mostly families. Sometimes you can hear kids playing outside or someone’s TV while we are trying to go over paperwork. We do not use a lot of jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We are just people who know a bit about the process and want to share that knowledge. We have a lot of files and a laptop that has seen better days, but it gets the job done. People usually find us through word of mouth. They come over, have some tea, and we see how we can help them out. It is a very informal way of doing business, but it seems to work for the folks around here. We are just here in the flat if anyone needs to talk about their future.
