We run our business out of a flat in Pune, specifically at Div Jyoti Apartments, number 201 in Labhde Colony. It’s not what you’d expect for an equipment company, but it works for us. We don't have a massive showroom or anything like that. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working on the computer to manage orders and track where everything is going. Pune is a very crowded city, so being tucked away in a residential colony makes things a bit quieter for us while we work. We handle various kinds of gear and machinery, mostly acting as the middle point for getting things to the people who need them. It’s just a small group of us here. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby with coffee machines. When you call, you just get one of us. It’s a very simple and direct way of doing things. Sometimes the stairs in the apartment building are a bit of a workout if the lift is acting up, but we don't mind. We just focus on keeping the paperwork straight and making sure the equipment gets delivered on time. It’s practical, everyday work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just trying to do a good job for the folks we work with. It's a steady life here in the flat, and we're happy with how things are.
