We are based over in Balaghat, which is in Madhya Pradesh. Our office is near Bhetera Chowki in Ward Number 2. It’s a fairly quiet area, especially compared to the bigger cities like Raipur where the main company is headquartered. We’ve been at this location for a while now, acting as a local branch for the steel business. The setup we have here is very basic. It’s not one of those modern offices with glass walls and air conditioning in every single corner. We mostly rely on ceiling fans and keep the windows open when the weather allows for it. The work involves a lot of coordination between the local suppliers and the main plants. We spend most of our time on the phone or going through long inventory lists. It can get a bit tedious, but it’s important work that needs to be done. The people who work here are all locals, so we know the area pretty well and get along with the neighbors. We don't really have a big sign outside, so you might miss it if you aren't looking closely for the house. We prefer it that way. It keeps things low-key and manageable. We don't bother with fancy titles or complicated hierarchies. Everyone just chips in and does what needs to be done for the day. It’s a small team, and we’ve all been working together for a long time, so we have a good routine going.
