Located at 26/25 Raja Talab in Raipur, our office is right in the middle of a busy area. Raja Talab is a well-known spot, and we have been based here for quite a while now. This is a standard office for Jayaswals Neco Industries Ltd., and we don't bother with any flashy decorations. The building has some age to it, and there is always something going on inside. Most of our day is taken up by the logistics of moving metal and steel parts. We have visitors coming in constantly to talk about shipments or supplies. The office usually smells like old files and tea. We didn't bother with high-tech security or glass walls; it’s an open space where you can hear everyone working. Street noise from outside is just a part of our daily background. We handle the industrial management tasks without making a big deal out of it. If a desk or a chair breaks, we just fix it and keep going. The main thing is getting the work finished before the day ends. We don't use fancy language or try to act like we are something we aren't. We are just a group of people in Raipur trying to keep the industrial side of things moving. It’s a busy, sometimes messy, but very real environment. We wouldn't have it any other way. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
