Ivrcl I & P Ltd

Over in Raipur, we are set up at the NRDA project office. Specifically, we are at C-32 in Muskan Residency. It’s near Pachmadhi Naka, which is a fairly well-known landmark in this part of town. Manish Sureshrao Kate is the person who oversees things here for Ivrcl I & P Ltd. The office is right in the middle of a lot of new construction and development. You can hear the sounds of machines and workers nearby most of the time. Muskan Residency is a decent place to be based. Our office space is pretty cramped with all the equipment and files we need for the NRDA work. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet people. Usually, someone just looks up from their desk and asks what you need. Raipur is growing fast, and being near Pachmadhi Naka puts us right where the action is. The dust is a constant battle, but that’s just life in a developing city. We have a few computers and a printer that occasionally acts up. It’s a real working environment, not a showroom. We focus on the project deadlines and making sure the reports are filed on time. The atmosphere is casual but busy. We drink a lot of chai and spend a lot of time on the phone. It’s just how we operate. We’re just regular folks trying to get the job done right without making any big fuss.
