Inox Leisure Ltd

We are located right inside City Mall on NH 6 in Raipur. This is where Inox Leisure Ltd runs the cinema. If you come by the mall, you’ll see our staff running around making sure the screens are ready and the lobby is clean. It’s a different kind of work than a typical office because we are always on our feet. The smell of popcorn is basically part of our clothes by the end of the shift. Raipur can get really hot, so the mall is always a popular spot for people to cool down. We spend our days checking ticket counters, fixing projector issues, and managing the crowds, especially on Friday nights when a big movie drops. It’s not a quiet job; there’s always music playing or the sound of people talking. Our office is a small room tucked behind the concession stands where we keep the schedules and the payroll. It’s usually messy with half-empty water bottles and clipboards. We don’t have time for long meetings; we just talk on the go while walking between screens. The team is mostly young people, and we have a lot of energy. It’s a fun place to be, even when it’s exhausting. We just try to keep the movies running on time and make sure everyone gets their snacks without waiting too long. It’s simple, busy, and very Raipur. We are used to the noise and the constant flow of people.
