We have been running things from our office here at Hig 132 in M. P. Nagar for a while now. Korba is a busy place with all the industrial stuff going on, so we stay pretty occupied with different projects. It gets quite hot in Chhattisgarh during the summers, but we just get on with the work. The team is mostly local people who know the area well. We started out small and just kept going, dealing with the usual ups and downs of running a private limited company. It is not always easy managing everything, but we have a routine that works for us. Most days involve a lot of paperwork and making sure the site guys have what they need. We don't really do fancy meetings or anything like that. People just drop by the office when they need to talk about a job. The neighborhood around M. P. Nagar is decent, and we have been in this spot long enough that most of the neighbors know who we are. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, which slows things down, but that is just part of living here. We try to keep things simple and honest. There is always something to fix or a new plan to look over. We are just a group of people trying to do a decent job every day and keep the business moving forward without too much fuss or drama.
