You can find us on the 4th floor of the District Cooperative Bank Building right on G E Road in Raipur. It’s a central spot, so there is always a lot of movement around the building. Being on the 4th floor means we have to wait for the lift quite a bit, but it’s a good location once you’re inside. We deal with power projects, which involves a lot of meetings and looking at maps and charts. The office is pretty functional—lots of filing cabinets and sturdy desks. Raipur is a growing city, and you can feel that energy just by looking out the window at the traffic on G E Road. We don’t really do fancy brochures or big speeches about what we are doing. We just focus on the logistics and the technical side of the power industry here in Chhattisgarh. It can be a bit stressful when deadlines are close, but we have a good group of people who just get on with it. We drink a lot of coffee and try to keep the paperwork from piling up too high. It’s a busy place, and we’re just one part of the bigger picture. We’ve been in this building for a while now, and the bank staff downstairs all know us. It’s just a regular office life, trying to make sure things run like they are supposed to. We just take it day by day.
