Hospital Care Services

You can find us at B-402 in the Prem Park Apartment, which is part of Phase-1 in Mahavir Nagar. We run Hospital Care Services from this unit. It’s a bit different than a big standalone building since we’re right here in the apartment complex. Most of our work involves coordinating care and helping people get the medical attention they need. We spend a lot of time on the phones and handling the logistics of patient care. The office isn't huge, but it fits the desks and the files we need. Being in Mahavir Nagar means we are close to a lot of families. Sometimes neighbors drop by just to ask a quick question about a service. We keep things pretty low-key here. There aren't any big signs outside, just the one on the door. It feels more like a home office than a clinic sometimes. We deal with a lot of paperwork and scheduling. Making sure people get to their appointments or have their supplies is what fills the day. It’s a lot of detail work. The apartment building is usually quiet during the day, which helps us focus. We’ve been in Phase-1 for a while and have gotten to know the layout of Prem Park quite well. It’s a simple operation. We just focus on getting the tasks done and making sure the care schedules are set.
