Our office is on the first floor of House No. 327 in Sector-16. It’s a decent spot in Panchkula. We’ve been here at Hositech Management Consultants Ltd for a while now. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays fairly quiet during the day which helps us focus. We aren't the type of company that has a big reception desk or a lobby. You just walk up the stairs and you’re there. Most of the work involves sitting down with people and going over their plans or problems. We have a few desks and a lot of paperwork usually piled up. Haryana has a lot of businesses popping up, and we just happen to be one of them in this part of town. It’s a family-style environment here. We drink a lot of tea and talk through things until they make sense. We don't really have a dress code or anything formal like that. If you need us, you just come by. Sector-16 is easy enough to navigate once you get the hang of the house numbers. We’ve lived in this area for years, so we know the local shops and where to get the best lunch. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to be helpful and get the management side of things sorted out. Nothing fancy, just us doing our jobs every day without making too much noise about it.
