Holtec Consulting Pvt Ltd. is located at B-166 in Sushant Lok, which is right in the heart of the Gurgaon NCR area. This part of the city is always moving, but our street is a bit more tucked away. It’s a standard residential plot that we’ve used for our operations for a while. The building has that typical Gurgaon look, with a small gate and a bit of a driveway. We aren't in one of those huge glass buildings on the Cyber Hub side; we’re in a more traditional neighborhood. It’s nice because you can actually hear the birds sometimes instead of just car horns. We’ve seen Sushant Lok grow and change, with more houses turning into offices like ours. The NCR region can be a bit overwhelming, but inside B-166, it’s just us working away. We have simple furniture and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works. We don't have a big marketing team or anything, just people who show up and do their jobs. Most of our neighbors are either families or other small outfits like us. It’s a very practical place to be. We appreciate the easy access to the rest of Gurgaon, but we’re always happy to get back to the quiet of our own office at the end of a busy morning. We just keep our heads down and get through the list of things to do, same as anyone else here.
