Hmc

We are based in Raipur, right in the heart of Chhattisgarh. It is a dusty city sometimes, but it is where we have built our business. We do not have a long, complicated history. We just saw an opportunity to start Hmc and we went for it. Our office is a plain room with the essentials. We do not see the point in spending money on fancy carpets or art for the walls. We would rather just keep the lights on and the work moving. The heat in Raipur can be something else in the summer, so we mostly stay indoors during the peak of the day. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for years. They are like family, really. We do not have a human resources department or anything like that. If there is a problem, we just sit down and talk it out until it is fixed. It is a very basic way of doing things, but it has worked for us so far. We handle our paperwork, talk to our suppliers, and try to keep things moving. We are not trying to change the world. We just want to earn a living and keep the business stable for everyone involved. The neighborhood around us is always changing, with new shops opening up all the time. We have stayed pretty much the same, though. We use old-fashioned ledgers sometimes because we just trust them more than the computer for certain things.
