Our office is located in the Fafadih area of Raipur. Real estate is the main thing we do every day. We have been working around Fafadih for a long time and we know the different streets and buildings in this part of town quite well. Our office is a simple place where we keep our property files and meet with people who are looking for a new house or a piece of land to buy. Buying or selling property can be a real headache for most people, so we try to help them get through the paperwork and the legal requirements without too much trouble. The job involves a lot of talking and walking around to show different sites to interested buyers. Some days we are out in the sun all afternoon, and other days we are stuck behind the desk finishing up documents. We do not use big complicated words or try to push people into things they do not really want. We just show what is currently available in the Raipur market. Fafadih is a very busy part of the city, so there is always something happening outside our door. We have seen property prices go up and down over the years, but the basic work stays the same.
