We are based out of Raipur. It gets plenty of sun here, which is basically what we deal with every day. Our office is a pretty simple place where we keep our tools and the paperwork for the solar projects we are working on. There isn't much to the décor; just some desks, chairs, and stacks of manuals. We spend a lot of time out in the field, so the office is often empty during the middle of the day. When we are in, we are usually checking blueprints or talking to people about how to set up their panels. Raipur is a growing place, and we see a lot of new buildings going up. We just do our part with the solar side of things. It can be hot work, especially when we are up on roofs, but that’s the job. We don’t have a fancy marketing team or anything; it’s just us doing the installation and the planning. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate, and we have to push things back a day because of the rain. We try to be practical about everything. We’ve got a small truck for hauling the equipment around, and it rattles a bit on the bumpy roads. It’s a basic business run by people who don't mind getting their hands dirty. We just show up, do the work, and head home when it's finished. It's not a complicated life, just a busy one where we keep track of the weather.
