We are First Step Setters And Acheivers Private Limited, located over in Raipura, Raipur. Our office is easy to find because we are right near Shivam School, care of Satish Kumar. It’s a neighborhood where everyone knows each other, which makes working here pretty nice for us. We handle a variety of things to help people get started on their career paths. It’s a lot of talking to people and trying to figure out what they are good at before they apply for things. The office is a bit small, tucked away near the school, but it’s a good spot for our daily operations. We don’t go in for big corporate speeches or fancy brochures that nobody reads. We just sit down with whoever comes in and have a real conversation about their goals. Sometimes we have to move some boxes around to find an extra chair, but nobody seems to mind the mess much. We’ve been in Raipur for a while now and we know how things work around here. It's mostly just hard work and being consistent every single day. We have our files, our phones, and some coffee to keep us going through the long afternoons. People often drop by after picking up their kids from the school nearby. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just helping people take a start, which is what we named the place after. It’s a practical business run by people who live right here.
