First Bucket Capgain Private Limited is situated at Flat No. 103 on the first floor. We are in the Tirupati Block of the M.L Highrise in Damkheda. This is a Jr. Mig type flat that we have converted into our working office. Being on the first floor is convenient since we don't always have to rely on the lift. The building is a highrise, so there are plenty of neighbors around. We do our daily finance and capital gain work from this space. It’s a small office, mostly just a couple of rooms with our equipment. We have a few desks and some shelving for our records. Damkheda is the area we call home for our business operations. It’s a practical location for us. We don’t have any big corporate branding on the walls. It’s just a place where we sit down and get through the tasks on our list. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the construction or traffic nearby, but we just keep our heads down. We keep a pot of coffee going most of the morning. The workspace is a bit cramped when we have a lot of documents out, but we manage just fine. It’s an honest way to make a living and we appreciate the routine of it all. We open up in the morning and stay until the work for the day is settled. It’s a very normal, no-frills kind of place.
