Vipul Herbals

Our little setup for Vipul Herbals is located over in Shreeji Kripa in the Kumharpara area of Fafadih. It’s a pretty lively neighborhood and we’ve been here long enough that we know the sounds of the street by heart. Most days start early for us. We get the shop open and start looking through the inventory of herbal products we keep on hand. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us working together to keep things moving. The building we are in is easy to find if you know the landmark. We spend a lot of time talking to folks who walk in looking for something specific for their homes. Sometimes we are busy packing boxes for delivery and other times it’s quiet enough to sit and have a cup of tea while we wait for the next person. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything fancy like that. Word of mouth usually brings people to Kumharpara to find us. The shelves are usually full of jars and packets. Sometimes the delivery truck blocks the narrow road for a minute, but the neighbors are used to it by now. We try to keep the place tidy but with so many different herbs coming in and out, there’s always a bit of work to do. It’s honest work and we like being in this part of Fafadih. We just take things one day at a time and try to be helpful when someone has a question about what we carry.
